Champoluc is at the end of the d' Ayas Valley, the second valley on the right, when you arrive on Aosta Valley, region of north-west of Italy. The village is at the foot of the Monte Rosa glacier (4634m) and near the Matterhorn (4478m), togheter, with the Mont Blanc (4810m) are the highests mountains of Europe.
